A lot of good play tonight, everyone doing their job well, I have to admit Gareth Barry and the Steve Gerrard partnership is working really well, makes you think, whether Lampard should play again, at the same time as Gerrard, seems to be working, so why change it, well at least for now anyway.
Emile Heskey again played a blinder, winning most of the aerial balls and helped in the making of Michael Owen’s first goal.
A really positive game tonight, gives us all hope, that we can perform on the world stage and hold our own against many teams.
Just wondering what will happen when Wayne Rooney, Owen Hargreaves and Frank Lampard return to the side after their injuries, its going to cause alot of problems for McClaren, who does he pick?

Also Scotland beat France away from home 1-0 and see them top the group, great news for the Scots, nice to see them doing well also.
